  • Avoiding the pitfalls of new habit formation

  • Creating habits that last

  • Creating habits that don’t rely on motivation

  • Dealing with self-critical thinking.

This talk will be based on neuroscientific research findings as well as decades of clinical experience working with gambling addiction.
